2. Print your prepaid return label
3. Pop it in the post - we'll handle the rest
4. Get your refund within 5-7 business days

SIZE EXCHANGES 👗

• Free size exchanges within 30 days
• We pay return shipping for size swaps
• Keep the original until your new size arrives
• No restocking fees ever

WHAT WE COVER ✅

Full Refunds For:

• Items you simply don't love
• Wrong size (we'll also exchange for free!)
• Items that don't fit as expected
• Gifts that aren't quite right

We'll Replace Immediately:

• Damaged items - just send us a photo
• Defective items - we'll rush a replacement
• Missing orders - we'll track and replace ASAP
• Wrong items sent - our mistake, our fix!

REFUND DETAILS 💳

How You Get Your Money Back:

• Original payment method (card, EFT, etc.)
• Full purchase price refunded
• Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Gift purchases: Store credit or refund to gift giver (your choice!)

Return Shipping:

• Size exchanges: FREE return shipping
• Other returns: R99 return shipping fee
• Damaged/defective items: We pay all shipping costs

• No receipt needed - we can look up any order
• Store credit option if you prefer
• Gift giver won't be notified unless you want them to be

SALE ITEMS 🏷️

Items Must Be:

• Unworn with original tags
• In original packaging when possible
• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• Free from perfume, makeup, or pet hair

We Can't Accept:

• Items worn or washed
• Items damaged by normal wear
• Gift cards (these never expire, though!)
• Items returned after 30 days
