We want you to love your KOKONOVA order! If something's not quite right, here's how returns work:

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags on, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email returns@kokonova.co.za or WhatsApp us on 084 830 0650. If your size isn't available for an exchange, we'll issue store credit valid for 12 months.

Refunds are only given for defective, faulty, or incorrect items — please let us know within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number, a short description, and photos.

Change-of-mind and sizing swaps qualify for store credit, not a cash refund. Sale and clearance items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
