KOKONOVA RETURNS & EXCHANGES 💝
We want you to love every KOKONOVA purchase. To ensure fair treatment for both our customers and our business, please review our returns policy below.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES 📦
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in original packaging
• Be free of perfume, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, stains, or any signs of wear
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase
All returned items are subject to inspection before approval.
EXCHANGES 👗
Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
STORE CREDIT 💳
For change-of-mind purchases, sizing issues, gifts, or items that do not suit personal preference, KOKONOVA will issue store credit valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Store credit may be used online toward any future purchase.
REFUNDS 💰
Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:
• The item received is defective or faulty
• The incorrect item was supplied
• The item is damaged upon delivery and reported within 48 hours of receipt
Refunds are not available for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Personal preference or styling expectations
• Delayed courier deliveries outside of KOKONOVA's control
• Sale, promotional, discounted, or clearance items
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days following inspection and approval.
SALE ITEMS 🏷️
All sale, discounted, promotional, and clearance items are final sale.
These items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit unless the item is faulty as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
RETURN SHIPPING 🚚
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The incorrect item was sent; or
• The item is confirmed to be defective
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS ⚠️
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item.
Include:
1• Your order number
2• A description of the issue
3• Clear photographs showing the fault
KOKONOVA reserves the right to assess all claims before approving a refund, replacement, repair, exchange, or store credit.
RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS
KOKONOVA reserves the right to refuse any return that:
• Falls outside the return period
• Shows signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery
• Does not meet the conditions outlined above
